The LittleFoot Energy team is as follows:Kevin Poulsen, Chief Executive Officer Over more than two decades Mr. Poulsen has enjoyed founding management team participation in a half a dozen early stage companies. He has led dynamic early stage business environments in emerging markets across multiple industries, including Internet services in the mid 90’s and more recently radio frequency identification (RFID). His area of expertise is business and corporate development - a function he terms "venture development", which includes managing the set of efforts for capitalizing and bringing to market new businesses. Elia Kleiman, Application Development Director Elia Kleiman serves as Application Development Director at LittleFoot Energy. In this critical role Mr. Kleiman brings together all the pieces of the energy puzzle that culminate to create investment grade energy projects - backed by LittleFoot Energy's investment performance guarantee. Charged with structuring energy improvement projects that help customer maximize lucrative renewable energy incentives, Mr. Kleiman's direction is integral to navigating the complex world of renewable energy policy, deal structure, finance, and technology options. Mr. Kleiman pursued his undergraduate and masters education at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), where he studied molecular biology and business management as an undergraduate, and remains a candidate for Masters of Business Administration (MBA). To fund his education, Mr. Kleiman spent 6 years in the United States Army National Guard as a combat medic, and worked as an Emergency Medical Technician. Bearing witness to the resulting energy spike in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Mr. Kleiman became inspired to pursue a career in renewable energy and energy management. After hearing a speech on entrepreneurship by Dean Kamen at WPI, Mr. Kleiman was inspired to start a renewable energy company called Synepex Energy, in 2005. He acted in the role of company president until 2007, when the company merged with LittleFoot Energy Corporation. In his spare time, Elia is an avid boater, cover band musician, and world traveler. He is fluent in Russian and proficient in 3 other languages. Andrew Becker, Director of Business Development Andrew Becker, LittleFoot Energy Corporation. He currently heads business development for LittleFoot Energy. Mr. Becker has worked in many capacities around power and energy since 1997. These experiences include roles as an oil & gas market analyst at Commerzbank Capital Markets, a power systems engineer at Hamilton Sundstrand, entrepreneur in the pipeline corrosion industry, business development and sales at Second Wind, and as a consultant to several early-stage clean technology companies. He has also served on the Steering Committee for the Ignite Clean Energy Committee, the Board of Advisers to Engineers Without Borders - Boston, Board of Directors at Action for Clean Energy and also currently serves as President of Young Professionals in Energy Boston. Mr. Becker earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Robert Silva, Executive Director, Client ServicesJames J. Ambrose, Board of Advisors Jim Ambrose is the President of GE Healthcare Financial Services, Equipment Finance, and Chairman of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, comprising over 600 bank and financial institutions across the United States that are engaged in the business of equipment financing and servicing the equipment financing marketplace. In his current role at GE he leads the business P&L, which has operations across the United States and Latin America. His responsibilities include top line growth, portfolio performance and income. Mr. Ambrose has worked both in industrial markets (GE Plastics and GE Healthcare) and financial services(GE Capital) for the company. He has led commercial teams both in equipment financing and leveraged financing prior to his current assignment. He is a graduate of Boston College and received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. GE Healthcare Financial Services is a division of GE Capital specializing in the healthcare market. Its comprehensive business lines include large and small ticket equipment finance of which a significant portion is related to financing GE equipment around the world, corporate finance, real estate and equity. David Golan, Board of AdvisorsMr. Golan's experience is marked by more than 20 years of successful sales, marketing and executive management experience that include field sales operations, domestic and international channel development and global product marketing within the enterprise and on-demand software products industry. Currently, Mr. Golan is Vice President, Library Solution Sales and Client Services for Inmagic, Inc. and has been responsible for a 200% increase in sales and a 300% increase in pipeline for Presto, Inmagic’s flagship product. Previously, Mr. Golan was Senior Vice President of Sales and Alliances for Salesnet, Inc. At Salesnet, he was responsible for driving worldwide direct and channel sales revenue for the on-demand CRM (Customer Relationship Management) vendor in the explosive Software as a Service (SaaS) market and led the execution of a global alliance strategy in support of a 100% growth plan. Prior to Salesnet, he held senior executive positions as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for iET Solutions and Vice President of North American Field Operations at Applix. Mr. Golan holds a BA in Economics degree from the University of Vermont. |
