We work closely with project stakeholders to understand their primary business drivers, and agree on project investment criteria, such as rates of return, savings projections, and cash flow preferences. Understanding tax and ownership implications is a critical component of formulating a project structure that maximizes lucrative renewable energy incentives, and establishes a framework for business case guarantees.
2. Once the business and financial targets are established with a written commitment to pursue further development of energy projects, LittleFoot Energy will guarantee the results.
3. If LittleFoot Energy is for any reason unable to meet the agreed investment criteria outlined in the Guaranteed Business Case, there is no cost to the customer.
